Rackla Metals completes $972,000 private placement

January 26, 2021; Vancouver, BC: Rackla Metals Inc. (TSX-V: RAK) is pleased to report that it has closed its previously announced private placement financing with the issuance of 8.1 million units at $0.12 per unit, for total proceeds of $972,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional common share of the Company at $0.15 for one year from closing.

The common shares and warrants issued on closing are subject to a regulatory resale restriction until May 26, 2021. In addition, the Company and the purchasers of the units have agreed that the common shares are subject to a resale restriction until January 26, 2022.
